Romans 10:9
"if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9)

What exactly does that mean?
It means what you do as a result of the new birth not what you can do prior to regeneration. Non-Christians are not into confessing that Jesus Christ is LORD prior to having their heads cut off unless of course God's grants them mercy at the last moment.
It means “The more vile we are in our own eyes, the more precious Christ will be to us!â€
That’s what I think.
