"...if anyone makes the assistance of grace depend on the humility or obedience of man and does not agree that it is a gift of grace itself that we are obedient and humble, he contradicts the Apostle who says, "What have you that you did not receive?" (1 Cor. 4:7), and, "But by the grace of God I am what I am" (1 Cor. 15:10). (Council of Orange: Canon 6)

We are a community of confessing believers who love the gospel of Jesus Christ, affirm the Biblical and Christ-exalting truths of the Reformation such as the five solas, the doctrines of grace, monergistic regeneration, and the redemptive historical approach to interpreting the Scriptures.

Apologetics to the Glory of God

JS - My friend, Pastor Jeff Durbin of Apologia Church (Chandler, Arizona) and Apologia Radio speaks at the 'Concerned Christians National Conference 2013' on a biblical approach to apologetics and evangelism. The topic is: Apologetics to the glory of God.

Jeff teaches on the necessary elements of apologetics:

    1. No neutrality
    2. Humble boldness
    3. Evangelism (the call to repent and believe) cannot be separated from apologetics
    4. How we engage in Apologetics is a moral issue
    5. Specific examples are given

The elements of apologetics that the video and the author showed is quite normal. I disagree to the point number 3, because if you are debating to an atheist, you must ask or command him to repent because that is what the Bible is saying. "No neutrality"
both Hitler and Darth Vader also believed that
"How we engage in Apologetics is a moral issue"
WRONG- we don't have the same evidence, there is much that a creationist either ignores, or more likely is ignorant of
    "Humble boldness"
that is laughable- its impossible for a "presupptionalist" to be "kind or "humble" all they want to do is to talk down to people and make rude insults
